Must possess core of legal knowledge, good writing, and communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills a must. Worker’s Compensation, auto accident, and personal injury experience a must. Job responsibilities include conducting client interviews, maintaining contact with client, drafting legal documents/correspondence, reviewing and organizing client files, preparing releases and request to obtain relevant client records. Must be able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision. Requires a Certificate in Paralegal Studies. Software: Microsoft Windows, WordPerfect, Outlook, Time Matters.
