Nichole Davis

D. Nichole Davis, an associate with McWhirter, Bellinger & Associates, P.A., handles all forms of auto accident and personal injury cases. She is an energetic and compassionate advocate for all her clients.
Ms. Davis received her B.S. in Legal Studies (summa cum laude) from South University and her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she teaches law students about interviewing, counseling, and negotiating.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as Risk Management Director at the South Carolina Bar and as administrator of the South Carolina Supreme Court’s Lawyer Mentoring Program. Ms. Davis also litigated child abuse and neglect cases for the South Carolina Department of Social Services.
Ms. Davis is admitted to the South Carolina Bar, the United States District Court, District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. She is an active member of the South Carolina Bar and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Davis is a certified family court mediator and a certified diversity professional. She frequently teaches continuing legal education (CLE) programs on ethics, diversity, and mental health.
She proudly serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the RAM Foundation, which offers a free 6-week summer enrichment program to underprivileged youth.
